The Leavitt #2 has the same features as the Leavitt, but the following changes were made.  The main bathroom was changed to a pedestal sink for the accommodation of a soaking tub with shower above.  The front door was moved to the garage wall.  44 Square feet was added to the garage with an eyebrow roof over the garage doors.  Front window changed for the door relocation.  Images of the front elevation and the floor plan are at the end of the photo album below.
