The Leavitt #1 has the same features as the Leavitt, but the following changes were made.  The front entry door was moved to the garage wall.  Front window was changed.  40 Square feet was added to the living Great Room, still keeping the covered front porch providing more living square footage.  Front elevation was changed to accommodate the changes made on the floor plan.  See photos below.
