Peaceful, neighbor friendly subdivision that offers the privacy many new subdivisions with all utilities cannot provide.

All utilities are underground so no looking at power lines. 

Every lot will have its own private water well and septic system.

The Subdivision Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions have been recorded to help ensure what is to be and can be constructed in the area and helps enforce the Architectural Control Committee.  View CC&R's (click here)

This subdivision has no homeowners dues.  That could change if homeowners decided down the road they wanted a community mail box or something of that nature that would need to be maintained.  That would be up to the majority vote of the Homeowner Association which is consisted of every homeowner in that Phase.  Until or if that comes about there are no additional fees per month or yearly to be paid other then your mortgage.  That's getting rare these days.

There's a great variety of birds and an occational Moose crossing, but plenty of room on each lot for gardening, hobbie workshops and privacy.
