Hart Lake Estates is a residential subdivision including 59 single family lots, 9 of which are lake or canal lots.  These lots are mostly flat and 100% usable with a gravel base and good drainage.  Some lots are already clear with views of Hatcher Pass.  Natural gas and all other utilities are fully installed to all lots.  Paving is complete.  Water wells which have been drilled in the area have excellent flow and depths of approximately 100 feet.  If you own an airplane, tie-downs are available at nearby Wolf Lake Airport.  Minimum square footage requirements apply, and all houses must have at least a 2-car garage.  An Architectural Control Committee is in place to approve your plans.  A copy of the Codes, Covenants and Restrictions will be provided here online once received.  A subdivision with these amenities in Wasilla's core area is hard to find.
