Shiela Fern has been working in the residential construction industry in Alaska for over 15 years. Throughout that time she has worked for several builders. She has vast experience in single and multi-family residential construction along with land development and planned community development within the Municipality of Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley.

From the initial builder's meeting with a buyer and their agent to the walk through at closing, Shiela monitors all aspects of the home's construction to ensure each home is constructed to quality standards.

Working over the years with various subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and agents Shiela has earned a reputation for being honest, prompt, and reliable.

Knowing that time is of the essence in construction, Shiela tries to keep a tight schedule and move things along swiftly without sacrificing the quality of your home or products going into your home.

With the assistance of her husband Rich they're a great duo in getting the little things done that most overlook, their homeowners appreciate the effort once noticed.
